Singapore companies gazetted to be struck off
Type a company name, a former name or a UEN. 7,849 companies gazetted to be struck off, from the ACRA file of 16 September 2026.
Director of a company about to be struck off? Its internal data may still have value — see the data of a company that no longer exists. Or a dated record report.
What this is
Before ACRA removes a Singapore company from the register, it publishes a notice in the Government Gazette and marks the company “Gazetted To Be Struck Off”. Until the strike-off takes effect, the company still exists. This site lists the companies in that state: the name, the UEN, the company type, the last annual return, the activity and the previous names.
Who uses it
- Creditors and suppliers — is this company about to disappear? An objection must reach ACRA in time.
- Directors — is my company on the list?
- Still being wound up? — see Singapore companies in liquidation.
What it is not
Not ACRA, not BizFile, and not a certificate. A notice is not a strike-off: it can be withdrawn after an objection or when the company files what it owes. Most companies here are small exempt private companies; the open file carries no headcount.
